Assertiveness and anger management are crucial for maintaining healthy relationships, creating healthy boundaries, often with significant others and will increase personal well-being and fulfilment. At SC-Therapies, I offer a type of behavioural therapy that will encourage you to express your needs and wants in a confident and respectful manner, without feelings of guilt and/or shame.

I offer specialised support to help you develop effective communication, set healthy boundaries and develop healthier ways to express your feelings. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) techniques, we will identify your triggers and your emotions that aren't tolerated, and develop tools to manage disturbance, empower you and increase your overall sense of confidence. This will help you to navigate social interactions more effectively, handle criticism and disappointment, and enable you to say “no”, advocating for your own needs.
